New Cookbook

Oh... Oh... Oh!!! I received a new cookbook last night as a gift
from our friends T & T.

First stop in the index: Did Ethan include "Smoked Mackerel Bruschetta" from Tavolata in Bell Town? NO??? Drat! That dish is SO good! I just HAVE to find that recipe!

I will pour myself some coffee and browse through the pages. What can I bake today?
