Italianissimo

Woodinville is lacking in great places to eat. Of course there is our fave Purple Cafe (closed on Mondays though), and we sometimes go to Racha Thai, and Red Robin for the kid in the family.

Friends had recommended Italianissimo, up the Woodinville-Duvall Road, but we had forgotten about it. It isn't exactly on our beaten path. K and I drove up that way recently to her friend's house, so B and I popped in for dinner one night.

OK! This is good. (And darn, most of my photos are gone -- we'll have to go back.)

Caprese salad. Tasty.

Freshly made sausages (on Fridays -- fresh meatballs are on Mondays).

And I had a pea pasta. Very tasty -- leftovers for lunch the next day. To wrap it up, we had chocolate mousse -- too big a serving for me to finish it!

We would give this an "8" on our 1-10 scale. (We sat by the kitchen and every time a staff person entered or exited the kitchen, they called out "corner". Don't sit by the kitchen.)
