My KitchenAid workhorse got a new beater! I've seen these beaters (with a spatula attached to the edges) in specialty kitchen stores, but had never picked one up. I tried it for the first time on the chocolate chip cookies, and I never had to scrape down the sides of the bowl. I was really surprised at how well it worked.
No more leftover dry ingredients at the bottom of the bowl that don't get mixed in to the batter.
